2010 New Year >.<

Wow... Where's 2009 go??? Actually.. where's that 2008 go???
After i move to Singapore, i do not keep track on my journey anymore... Feels there's not enough time to do so... (Is it the clock move faster here?? haha..)

It's been so long -- it's hard to finally pull the trigger and sit down and write.
Writing is, after all, such a dicipline.. But "Dicipline", that's my resolution this year...
I'm sitting here alone at my flat or should i say a pigeon hole (since it is only 90 sq.m total area.. with 3room, kitchen,2 bathroom and 1 living/dining room... cramp.. but it's consider normal in Singapore) and i'm doing nothing.. Everybody gone to work and i'm here with my medical leave letter heheh... (I did have a bad headache yesterday, but that's totally worth to bear! for 2 days mc.. =D) You may say that i'm lazy, but a day off for myself would be nice between this work-everyday-and-save-ur-leave-for-oversea-trip-since-u-dont-hv-much culture. I do believe that it is essential for human to have their time with themself either to evaluate themself or to have private and deeper relationship with God (i usually only say "hi" and "thanks" at breakfast,lunch and dinner).

This new year i realize that i'm going to be 26years old, ow.. gosh... Totally shock!!
I still remember how i told myself 10 years ago, that "27 years woman is totally old and they deserve to be called auntie" *huwaaaaaa..*.. that's cruel!! why would i said so...*huwaaa*...
So, i realized that if i would live untill 100years old, i have used 1/4 of them.. and if would live untill 75 years old, i've used 1/3 of them... HmMpHh... and since 50-75years old you usually will live according to your lifetime habits. So i decide to form a good habit now...

So this year i decide to:
1. Do a regular exercise - Swimming (Stamina), Yoga ( Stretching), Sit Up (Power)
2. Eat more vegie/fruits, tea(antioxidants) and reduce soda.
3. Use ur moisturizer,mask, n tonic (do not waste ur money to buy, if u always forget to use it)
3. Go to church, read bible and have a private time with God
4. Have a good principle in life.
5. Read a book, write, and learn something new.
6. Help others
7. Do the best @work to contribute my skill

It's been 2(two) weeks now, i'm still excited to follow my resolution with dicipline.
Hope i can keeping it each day and i will finally found it as a habit...
